Recently Russia Japan turkey have signed an agreement to gaurantee the construction project of thermal power plants.
The Thermal Power Holding Company has signed an agreement with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for two power plants in Iran.
the agreement covers the Shahid Mofateh and Shahid Rajai power plants.
JICA’s estimated facilities for the two plants is $800 million
